     1. Educational Qualification

    For admission into NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs via JEE Main:
    ✅ General/OBC candidates must secure at least 75% aggregate marks in Class 12th OR be in the top 20 percentile of their respective board.
    ✅ For SC/ST candidates, the qualifying percentage is relaxed to 65%.
    ✅ For other private colleges, the minimum percentage may vary, so always check individual institute criteria.

     6. Subjects Combination

    Your Class 12th must include:

    • Physics and Mathematics (compulsory).

    • One of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational Subjects.

    7. Eligibility for Droppers

    If you’re taking a drop year for better preparation:
    ✅ Make sure your Class 12th passing year is within the accepted range (2024–2026).
    ✅ Don’t exceed the maximum number of allowed attempts (3 consecutive years).
    ✅ Keep your documents and marksheets safe for future admission counselling.
